-Chef Kuo: Konjac Noodles (13k cal per serving) OR zucchini noodles (swap with regular noodles) makes great spaghetti!
-Cauliflower (instead of rice): with an egg, a tsp of soy sauce, chicken and onion makes yummy “fried rice”
-Roasted Mixed Veggies: (instead of fries/baked potato) cut up onions, potato, carrots and season lightly with salt, onion powder and lime juice... Yum!
-Chicken Salad: instead of mayo, use low fat Greek yogurt / lime juice for flavor.
