Hello!

I want to share with you why I personally believe everyone needs some type of physical activity at least 5 days a week. My personal experience with working out is a rocky one. 10 years ago I had spinal back fusion. The healing process was intense and for 6 months of my life I could not do any physical activity. This made me realize how much I appreciate every active moment I can get. So, I began running in high school and have kept up with it ever since.

Why? Well, everyone needs to relieve stress. I think any form of being active is amazing for our minds and bodies. Being a runner has made me stronger, smarter and more confident over the years. However, a lot of people do not enjoy working out. Thats totally fine, even if you think working out is not for you, I want to tell you why it is so beneficial.

  • Working out strengthens our brain

  • More endurance = more energy throughout the day

  • Sweating releases toxins out of our bodies

  • Working out is very motivational & gives us purpose - set a goal for yourself
