-No sugar jello (5-10 cals) with lite cool whip (20 cal for 2 tbsp) š
-Pickels (0-5 cals)
-Carrots (40 cal per cup) with light ranch (70-80 cal per 2 tbsp)
-Quaker rice cakes (35-60 cal per rice cake, depending on the flavor)
-Frozen fruit dipped in Greek yogurt (20-100 cal) yum!
