Roasted Veggies


So you're probably thinking bleh, roasted veggies, how boring. BUT, you can actually make these taste amazing! Its all about the olive oil and seasoning!

-preheat oven to 375

-assort varieties of: asparagus, carrots, zucchini, onion, and potato (like the picture)

-drizzle olive oil, salt, and garlic powder over veggies

-bake for 10-15 minutes, or until veggies are golden brown!*

Enjoy!!!




3 Ingredient Cookies


-preheat oven to 350

-combine 1 cup of quaker oats, 1 ripe banana, and one mini box / 1/4 cup of raisins

-mix and put into the oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!






Zucchini Brownies

-preheat oven to 350

-1 1/4 cup shredded zucchini

-1 1/2 cup oats

-1/2 cup peanut butter

-1/2cup cashew/almond milk

-1/2 cup cocoa powder

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/4 tsp baking soda

-1/3 tsp salt

-sweetener (stevia/splenda/honey)

-optional: add chocolate chips

-bake for 20-30 minutes :)
